1. Agreeing to these terms

itechnicalearning (itechnicalearning.com) is run by iTechnica ("we", "us"). By using the website or creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms for you.

2. Your account

  • Give your real name — it is printed on your certificate — and an email address you use.
  • Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.
  • Create only one account for yourself, and do not share it with or sell it to others.

3. Using the website fairly

You agree not to:

  • break the law, or harass, threaten or impersonate anyone (including when you contact us);
  • try to get into accounts, pages or data that are not yours, or test, attack or overload the website;
  • copy large parts of the website automatically (scraping), or build a competing service from our content;
  • send spam, viruses or other harmful code;
  • use the website in a way that disturbs other learners.

4. Quizzes, exams and certificates

  • Do your own work. Quizzes and the final exam must be taken by you, without help from other people, and without copying or sharing the questions or answers.
  • Exam rules. The final exam runs in fullscreen, has a time limit and records when you leave it. After 3 warnings it is submitted automatically. Some exams may require Safe Exam Browser. These rules are explained before the exam starts.
  • Certificates. A certificate confirms that the named person passed the module quizzes and the final exam of that track on itechnicalearning. It is not a university degree or a government-recognised qualification. Anyone with the certificate number can check it on our verify page.
  • Revoking. If we find cheating, impersonation or misuse, we may revoke a certificate. The verify page will then show it as revoked, and you will see the reason in your account. If you think we made a mistake, contact us and we will review it.

5. Our content

The lessons, interactive labs, visualizers, quiz questions, articles, videos, logos and design of itechnicalearning belong to iTechnica (or are used with permission) and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial learning, and you may share links to our pages. You may not copy, republish, sell or distribute our content (including quiz and exam questions) without our written permission.

Our videos are hosted on YouTube and shown through YouTube's player, so YouTube's own terms also apply when you watch them. We link to other websites (for example social media); we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Ads on the website are shown by Google; we do not choose or endorse the advertised products, and clicking an ad takes you to the advertiser's own website.

7. The service "as is"

We work hard to keep our explanations correct and the website running, but we provide itechnicalearning "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that using it will lead to a particular exam result or job. We may add, change or remove courses and features at any time. If you find a mistake, please tell us.

8. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, iTechnica is not liable for indirect or unexpected loss arising from using the website, such as lost opportunities or lost data. Learning on itechnicalearning is free; nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

9. Suspending or closing accounts

You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — for example for cheating, abuse or attacks on the website — and, where appropriate, revoke its certificates.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new terms; for important changes we will tell registered users.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We would always like to solve a problem together first — please contact us. If that does not work, disputes will be handled by the competent courts in India.

12. Contact
